SERVE

Our greeters, hosts, ushers and coffee setup and teardown teams are an integral part of our Sunday morning services. A first impression of a church is decided within the first 3-5 minutes of entering a building. We desire to create a welcoming environment for not only our guests, but our attendees as well. The Serve Team volunteers are needed at both the 9 & 10:30 AM services and varies on how often they would like to serve per month.

Help create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can focus on worship, community, and growing in their faith. Our Safety Team plays an important behind-the-scenes role by monitoring the building and helping provide a calm, secure presence on Sunday mornings. Volunteers are needed during both the 9:00 & 10:30 AM services, and serving frequency is flexible based on how often you’d like to be scheduled each month.

Use your gift. Lead people to Jesus. Worship is more than music; it’s creating space for people to encounter Jesus and respond to Him. If you are a singer or musician with a heart to worship God and a desire to use your gift for His glory, we would love to connect with you! We are praying and believing for our worship team to grow, not only in number, but in heart, unity, and passion for Jesus. You don’t have to be perfect. Come with a willing heart, and let’s grow together.

Serve behind the scenes. Make a difference. Every worship experience needs people behind the scenes; running cameras, sound, slides, and other technology to help create an environment where people can hear, see, and engage with what God is doing. You don’t need to know everything to get started. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and step into ministry, even from a young age. If you are creative, curious, enjoy technology, or simply want to serve, there is a place for you! Your gift may be behind the scenes, but its impact can be seen and heard.

Pray with people. Stand with people. Make a difference.

We believe prayer is powerful, and we were created to be one body, carrying one another’s burdens and seeking God together. Before we ever step onto the platform, we want to pray over our church, our people, and what God is going to do. We recognize that there is an invisible spiritual battle, and we want to stand together in prayer and faith.

Our vision is to have a Prayer Team available on Sundays and Worship Nights! We need people who are willing to pray with and for others, encourage them, and believe with them for what God is doing. You don’t have to serve every week. Join the team and serve when you are available and able.

Invest in the next generation by serving with Thirst Kids! Whether you love leading a small group, helping with games and activities, welcoming families, or simply being a consistent and encouraging presence, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Serve with kids on Sunday mornings during our 9AM or 10:30AM services, join the fun at our Wednesday night Kids Quest program, or jump in for one of our biggest weeks of the year at VBS each summer. No matter your gifts, experience, or availability, there’s a place for you to help kids discover Jesus, grow in their faith, and know they belong!

Make a difference in the lives of the next generation by serving with Thirst Students! Whether you’re great at leading conversations, building relationships, helping with games and activities, or simply showing up as a consistent and encouraging adult, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Serve with students on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 AM service, or join us on Wednesday nights for Middle School Youth Group from 6:00–7:30 PM or High School Youth Group from 7:30–9:00 PM. No matter your gifts or experience, there’s a place for you to help students feel known, build community, grow in their faith, and discover who Jesus is!
